Rose
A beautiful ally — not only in how she looks, but in how she feels. The scent and touch of freshly harvested rose petals are truly out of this world.
Rose offers spiritual heart support, gently relaxing the tension we hold in our chest — the quiet guarding that can keep us from fully letting go. And in order to grieve, to grow, to open… we must first be willing to release.
Rose is sweet medicine. Soothing. Gentle. Tender in the most powerful way. She reminds us that softness is not weakness — it is a doorway. 🌹✨
Tulsi
Tulsi helps strengthen our whole system — supporting our ability to withstand stress, sustain our energy, and bounce back from hardship with more grace.
She is a relaxing nervine, calming an agitated mind and soothing the nervous system when it feels overwhelmed. And yet, at the same time, tulsi is one of the most beautiful herbs for increasing focus. Not sharp or jittery like caffeine, but in a deep, clear, grounded way.
Tulsi brings calm strength. Steady energy. A quiet clarity that feels both protective and uplifting — like being rooted and open all at once. 🌿✨
Milky Oats
Gathered in the summer at Spirit Works Farm, milky oats are one of my favorite herbs for stress. For frazzled nerves, for that feeling when everything is grating on you — when it all feels like too much — milky oats soothe, relax, and strengthen.
Gentle yet powerful, almost like water. Comforting and calming, soft but still quietly humming with strength. Milky oat energy is steady, lasting, sustained — a long-term ally for a tired system.
A true nerve tonic, helping to restore a frazzled, burned-out nervous system. With milky oats, we can move through life from a place that feels more relaxed, more nourished, and more open to the world around us. 🌾✨
Calendula
Gentle, sunny medicine — carrying the warmth of the sun in her golden petals. Calendula is known for her relaxing, soothing, and deeply healing nature.
She supports the lymphatic system and encourages healthy cell repair. She helps mend wounds, ease inflammation, and strengthen beneficial immune responses. Mildly antimicrobial, she protects and restores, even offering support against environmental stress like radiation damage.
Calendula feels like sunlight on the skin — tender, bright, and quietly powerful. A soft healer with radiant strength. 🌼✨
Tulsi sacred oil
A nurturing, plant-powered oil for face, body, and hair. Infused with the sacred energy of tulsi, this elixir soothes, balances, and restores, leaving skin radiant, hair soft, and spirit grounded.
Garden bloom facial mask: rose + chamomile
To use: Once a week, scoop a small amount of mask with clean, dry fingers and massage it gently into damp skin. Allow yourself a moment to breathe and connect as the herbs awaken your senses.
Afterward, dip a soft face cloth in warm water and gently wipe away the cleanser, rinsing gradually. Pat your skin dry. To use as a nourishing masque, leave on for 10 minutes before rinsing with warm water.
Note: When using any new product, I recommend testing a small patch first to ensure it is compatible with your skin.
Rose and calendula bath fizz
Fill the tub, add the Rose & calendula bath fizz, and let the herbs work their magic. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and sink into a moment of calm and ritual.
Soothing nerves elixir: rose + milky oats
To use: Add a couple of droppers into your water (sparkling water in summer is great!), or tea. Take half a dropper to two full droppers directly under the tongue as needed (this gets the herbs directly into the bloodstream). Store in a cool, dark place.
