What does Moji mean?

Well is quite simple – ‘Moji’ means in my native language Czech ‘My’.

And it is also the name of a beautiful creature, which can be seen frolicking around the website (one couple from Czech Republic gave it to me as a gift and buddy for traveling and one of my friend from Yukon named it Moji).

What is the best way to store your products?

Because Moji Herbals products contain only quality ingredients of natural origin, the best way to store them is away from direct sunlight in a room temperature (tinctures and elixirs) or a cool place.

I recommend storing Moji Herbals creams in the refrigerator, use them within 12 months and always use clean fingers when removing the cream from the jar.

What is the shelf life of your skincare products?

Moji Herbals skincare products have a shelf life of 1 year.

To enjoy creams at their best, use it up within 12 months.  Moji products are not made to be saved on a shelf for years, but to be used while they are fresh. :).

Tip: To keep your cream fresher longer, close the lid fully after each use, use clean fingers when removing the cream from the jar, and store it in a cold place.

Do you use any synthetic ingredients?

NO! Moji Herbals uses only natural highest quality oils and plant extracts.  You will not find any synthetic preservatives, fragrances, colorants, raw materials derived from mineral oils, and certainly no genetically modified organisms (GMO’s).  All products are instead full of the highest quality oils, plant extracts, and natural ingredients, most of which or wild-crafted straight from our surroundings.

Moji Herbals believes if you wouldn’t eat it, then why would you apply it to your skin?

I do test Moji Herbals on myself, my husband, my friends and anyone else who wants to test natural and organic products!

What if some product is not available now?

Moji Herbals harvests all products by hand and creates herbal cosmetics in small batches. If is there something you would like to order, but it’s not available now, you can choose to be put on a waiting list and we can contact you as soon as the item you interested in is made – please contact Moji Herbals.

How do I track my order?

Actually very simple!  Just click on the “Track you order” on the bottom of the website, fill your Order ID that you received in your confirmation email and your email address and you’ll be able to view the current status of your order.

What's the Return Policy?

Moji Herbals wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

Damaged items

If the ordered product has been damaged during the delivery or otherwise differs from the product you ordered, please use this form to submit a complaint and please attach a picture of the damaged item. We can provide you a new order at our expense or give you a full refund. Please let us know your preference in the description field.
