Description
This topical salve treats pain, relaxes tired muscles, and can even heal bruising and swelling; Pain Relief Salve is an excellent choice for pains associated with arthritis, cracked hands and heels, and other minor injuries. This salve is appropriate for most skin types, including sensitive skin.
Arnica** – the active constituents of Arnica stimulate and dilate the blood vessels near the surface of the skin. This, in turn, improves circulation to the injured area and promotes the healing of bruises, strains, muscular inflammation, and pains.
Devil’s Club (inner bark and root)** – treats pain associated with arthritis, rheumatism, and general joint pain.
Juniper Berry** – helps ease the pain of rheumatic conditions, painful sore joints (warming), arthritis, sore muscles, and nerve pain caused by sciatica. Warms cold, cramping muscles and can soothe osteoarthritis pain. Juniper can help to clear fungal infections.
Labrador Tea** – helps reduce pain; treats skin problems such as burns, stings, and itchy chapped skin
St’ Johns Wort** – helps ease arthritic aches, joint discomfort, and muscle pain; reduces the inflammation of the skin.
Coconut oil* – softens and nourishes the skin, protects against minor inflammation, and accelerates regeneration.
Olive oil* – rich in vitamins A, D, E, and antioxidants; regenerates and nourishes the skin
