Description
Use: Add a couple of droppers into your water (sparkling water in summer is great!), or tea. Take half a dropper to two full droppers directly under the tongue as needed (this gets the herbs directly into the bloodstream). Store in a cool, dark place.
Take a full dropper of the elixir and take three long, deep breaths to ground yourself before a big day of work or an important presentation.
